Abstract In view of the current situation of weakness and lack of the humanistic education of the secondary schools at present,basing on the reality of the educational management of the secondary schools,this paper replied the calls to humanistic spirit of development of the society and people actively, regarding implement of the humanistic education as the breakthrough point, probed into intension,localization and ways and method of launching the humanistic education in the medium.sized medical education of the humanistic education,with the attempt to provide theoretic guidance for the implementation and enhancement of the humanistic education in the secondary schools of our country,the education ideal of impelling” educating people in an all—round way”in medium-sized medical education Can be realized. This paper contains four parts. Part 1:Have probed into the intension,localization of the humane education and the relation witll medium-sized medical education.First of a11. it has defined some concepts such as the humanity,humanistic spirit and humanistic education,and has analyzed its characteristic,relation.Secondly, have rectified a deviation to dispel suspicion to two kinds of wrong prevailing views.Moreover,have pointed out the era meaning of the humanistic education to the medium.sized medical education. Part 2:Investigating the real example to the current situation that the special secondary school defends the school humanistic education at present, has analyzed the reasons of lacking and weak ofhumanistic education from four respects,has pointed out the necessity and urgency of launching the humanistic education. Part 3:Put forward the implementation way and countermeasure when launching the humanistic at secondary schools.
