我国民营书业的现状、目题及发展对策分析 中文提要 中文提要 民营书业作为我国出版业的一个重要的组成部分，自上个世纪80年代诞生以来， 经历了二十多年的摸爬滚打，在中国出版业获得了一席之地。入世后，中国也向世界 敞开了出版领域的大门，国内出版业的每一项新举措都吸引着众多的目光。有关民营 书业发展的话题，是近年来编辑出版业界和学界探讨的一个热点。 本论文从宏观的视角，梳理了民营书业的历史发展阶段，具体分析了民营书业企 业的经营模式，从出版下游与出版上游两个方面总结了民营书业企业的经营活动。在 此基础上，本文提出了民营书业在经营过程中的问题及对策。民营书业如何树立良好 的社会形象，克服资金不足的困难，以及拥有一套科学规范的企业管理制度等，都是 发展之路上亟需解决的。本论文认为，民营书业的发展之路是广阔的，连锁经营、专 业化与多元化经营将是未来几个重要的发展方向。 关键词：民营书业经营模式 问题及对策发展方向 作 者：丁姗 指导教师：吴培华 Analysis on the current situation，problems and counter-measures of China’S Privately—run Book Industry Abstract Since 1980s，Privately．run Book Industry,as all essential part of China’S book industry, has undergone remarkable development in a short term．With China’S entering the WTO， China’S book industry is opening to the outside world．Every move in the area is catching peoples attention．Topics On the development of book industry have been the focus of recent discussions in publishing world and academic field． In a macro perspective,the paper summarizes the development stages of Privately-run Book Industry,analyzes the management models of some privme book companies，and discusses their operation in spheres of both book making and book marketing．Then the paper points out some problems in the management ofthose c—ompanie$and proposes some counter-measures．How to establish good nanles，overc：0IIle the shortage of money,and develop a set of scientific management system,etc．are amongthe pressing problems to be solved for future development．The paper puts that China’S Privately-run Book Industry is promising，chain stores，specialized operations and multi-component operations being three important aspects in the growth ofthe industry． Key Words：Pfivately·run Book Industry Management model Problems and measures Development orientation n Written by：Ding Shah Supervised by：Wu Peihua 详细摘要 民营书业。即以出版发行为主要业务，由民营资本主要投资建立的个私经济业态。 上个世纪80年代改革开放期间，民营书业诞生于改革开放的春风中。在此后二十多 年的时间犀，民营书业Ebd,N大、由弱变强，在中国出版业获得了一席之地，已成为 我国出版业一个重要的组成部分。入世之后，中国也向世界敞开了出版领域的大门， 国内出版业的每一项新举措都吸引着众多的目光。民营书
