摘 要 目的：测查不同线索范式对愤怒和恐惧两种表情的识别产生的影响。方法：设计一 个基线水平实验和三个线索范式实验（on线索范式、off线索范式和 on-off线索范式）， 范式实验中采用 2（被试性别：男、女）*2（线索有效性：线索有效、线索无效）*2（情 绪性质：愤怒、恐惧）的重复测量混合实验设计，其中被试性别为组间变量，线索有效 性和情绪性质为组内变量，考察识别的反应时、正确率和返回抑制量。结果：三个线索 范式实验中，三组变量（被试性别、线索有效性和情绪性质）在反应时上主效应均显著， 交互效应均不显著；在正确率上主效应和交互效应均不显著；三种线索范式在返回抑制 量上主效应不显著，但 on-off线索范式的返回抑制量大于另两种线索范式的返回抑制量 总和。结论：个体在三种不同的线索范式中识别愤怒和恐惧两种表情具有稳定性；on-off 线索范式可以产生更强的返回抑制效应，对个体具有更大的进化适应意义，为以后研究 个体识别负性情绪时的神机机制提供来自行为反应方面的证据。 关键词：线索范式；返回抑制；愤怒；恐惧 万方数据 Abstract Objective This article aims to investigate the effects of different cuing paradigms on angry and fear facial expression recognitions. Methods In this study ，1 baseline experiment and 3 cuing paradigm experiments including on cuing paradigm, off cuing paradigm experiment and on-off cuing paradigm experiment were designed. The cuing paradigm experimental designs were 2*2*2 mixed factorial, in which subject gender (male, female) varied between subjects, and cuing validation(cuing validity, cuing invalidity) as well as emotional valence of pictures (angry, fear) varied within subjects in order to investigate the reaction time ,correct rate and magnitude of inhibition of return(IOR).Results In the three experiments ,there are significant differences in the reaction times of subject gender , cuing validation and emotional valence, and there is not any difference among them; there is not any difference in the correct rate of them; the difference of the three cuing paradigms in magnitude of IOR is not significant, however , the average magnitude of IOR in on-off cuing paradigm experiment is more than the sum of another two cuing paradigm experiments. Conclusion Individuals embody the stability in angry and fear facial expression recognitions in the three different cuing paradigms ; on-off cuing paradigm can generate more stronger effect of IOR, and it also give more important meaning of evolutionary adaptation for individuals, and give the evidences
