I 小学教育中的教育惩罚现状调查及对策研究 摘要：教育惩罚作为小学日常教育管理过程中的一个重要的手段，也是小学 教育教学过程中经常使用的教育方法之一。随着新课改和素质教育的推进， 教育惩罚逐渐体现出教育价值或“教育性”。教育惩罚的价值，主要反映在惩 罚的目的、过程与效果之中。教育惩罚的根本目的在于育人，使受教育者意 识到所犯错误，矫正其不良行为；其实施程中也处处体现教育性，其人道主 义精神始终贯穿于整个教育惩罚阶段，以促成受教育者身心健康发展为目的。 本研究一共分为四个章节对小学教育中的教育惩罚进行研究：第一部分是绪 论部分。本章主要结合文献资料对小学教育中惩罚的相关概念及基本理论问 题进行深入探讨；第二部分是对教育惩罚的实施条件进行理论分析，包括教 育惩罚实施的理论基础及相关法学依据，为进一步深入研究打下基础。第三 部分是对小学教育中的教育惩罚进行实证调查研究。本部分主要通过问卷调 查对小学教育中的教育惩罚现状进行考察，揭示存在的问题，并对调查的结 果进行探讨与分析。第四部分探讨小学教育中教育惩罚的策略。本章主要从 教育惩罚的理念、艺术性等角度进行阐释，以期通过智慧的引导达到“润物 细无声”的境界。 关键词：小学教育； 教育惩罚；教育惩罚策略 II Study on Investigation and Countermeasures of Punishment in Primary Education Abstract: As one of the most educational methods in the teaching process of primary education, education punishment is also an important method in the routine primary education management. With the advance of the new curriculum and the quality of education, the education reflects a punishment or educational value ―educational‖. The value of punishment mainly reflected in punitive purpose, process and result being.
