影响其发展的内部因素:如学校的内部管理存在一定的弊端、学生生源 不足及质量较低、师资水平不高、专业设置结构不尽合理等一系列问题。 通过找出其发展不足的表现,探索其内外部深刻根源,从而斑出针对性 较强的应对措施,西北地区要大力发展农业职业教育,使其更好地为当 地农业经济发展服务,就应力求落实以下措施:国家对农业职业教育的 政策要符合当地的实际情况且落实到位;明确普通教育与职业教育的关 系:转变观念是促进农业职业发展的重要动力;科学合理的专业设置是 农业职业教育获得成功的重要保障:高水平、凝聚力强的师资队伍是农 业职业教育稳步发展的支持性力量:大力开展科技助农活动,加强宣传 力度,使农业职业教育深入人心;因人而异的职业指导是促进中等农业 职业教育学生就业的有效措旌;产、学、研相结合才是农业职业教育得 以长远发展的道路。 总之,应该认识到,西北地区要腾飞,必须重视农业职业教育的高 效发展,要积极争取国家及地方政府更多的支持和政策倾斜,尽快建立 及完善与当地经济发展相适应的农业职业教育体系,并且努力构建“立 交桥”式的普通教育与职业教育、正规教育与非正规培训之间畅通无阻 的教育衔接系统,西北农业职业教育只有不断探索自身发展的道路,紧 密与当地经济发展实际相结合,走出自己的特色之路,才能获得长足及 良性的发展,也才能更好地促进整个西北地区的经济发展。 关键词:西北中等职业教育 政策 农业职业学校教育 甘肃省兰州农业学校 II the Development of Northwest Agricultural Vocational Education ——Case Study of Gansu Lanzhou Agricultural School Wu Xiaoyu Abstract The study iS based on the development of northwest Agricultural Vocational Education.The writer tries tO search for the developing pattern and future way by studying the case sch001.The paper gives full approval for Gansu Lanzhou agricultural school’S great contribution and achievement.Then the paper analyses some reasons,such as the circumstance variation of vocational education etc,which cause the case school to meet SO many difficulties and challenges.The paper points out the reasons why the development of Gansu vocational education is SO slow by investigating the case school,and gives a probe in to the effective measures to improve the present situation and prospect ofits development. The paper mainly apply‘‘the methodology of qualified research”to reveal the faculty,setting-up of specialized subjects,students recruit ard employment and school construction,ete It consists of 4 parts:First,the paper reviews the long—standing historical development of the case school,and study its developing background;then,it studies the present development of the case school in the new era;thirdly,it points out many challenges which are met by the case school at present,such as shortage of running funds,lack of subjects’rationality,difficulty
