的结合转变、德育目标上由“教会顺从”向“学会选择”的转变、德育过程的由认知性德育向活动性德育的转变、德育视野由小德育向大德育的转变。再次,道德教育内容必须加强对青少年不确定性道德成分的整合,重视传统道德价值的挖掘与转化,注重对新、异道德观念的吸纳,强化核心道德价值规范在道德教育内容中的主导地位。 现代社会的一个非常突出的特点就是“差异产生差异”,从这个意义上说,青少年道德不确定性增加,本身也是个 “现代”问题,是一个没有超验道德秩序的“现代”社会里存在的实践问题,不可能靠制定一部规范性的行为准则而得以解决。因此,以科学的态度宽容、正视、改造和吸纳青少年不确定的道德价值成分,不仅是现代人人格的自信和勇气的体现,而且应该成为学校德育工作的自觉。

transformation and the educational countermeasures
Abstract
The uncertainty of morality, opposite to its certainty, refers to an unstableand changeable state of moral sense, moral standard as wel as moral normswith inner disagreement and conflicts. A conspicuous characteristic ofmorality during social transformation has been the increase of uncertain
ingredients, of which the youth are more typical so that it has been a trend ofthe group moral condition of the young and it is embodied through theirindividuality. The reasons are as folows: social transformation has resulted
inthe multi-facet of value and the lax of norms, which forms the socialcontext; as an unfixed value, the sub-morality of the young has thecharacteristics of being creative, unique, rebelious, presaging, common andunstable, and this is the most significant group principle; the reason whichlies in individuals is the youths moral psychological feature that they seekindependence while absorbing everything and they reject discipline whilepursuing novelty and being out of ordinary. The efect it has on education is that it implies the changes in such aspectsas the young peoples atitude towards moral development, theirunderstanding of moral life, their orientation of moral education contentsand their requirements to the model of moral education, etc, and it exertsgreat pressure on the innovation and revolution of moral education; due tothis, schools, families and the society are not able to pass on to the young a
