!：丝点兰型!!：生些堡塞 篓旦里墨些型型生塑塑焦丝璧09壅堑丝 Abstract Since 1 990s，the service sector has weighted more and more in the world’S industry and it has nOW become pillar industry in developed countries．Meanwhile，the world’S foreign direct investment(FDI)is shifting to service sector．So it is especially significant to make a study on FDI in China’S service sector．Entries of WTO bring about huge opportunity and challenge as well．On one hand，we should open our service industry，on the other hand，we should also develop domestic service sector． The outline of this paper is as following：firstly，all introduce of the meaning of FDI in service and fl summarize on the theory as well．Secondly,the distribution in different industries and economies of the world’S FDI in service sector．Thirdly，the consist of FID in China’S service sector,and a comparison between China and the world．Then we know that we have got some problems in attracting FDI in service sector,for example，there is too little stock FDI in the service sector and the FDI is not distributed rationally．Fourthly,the effect of the FDI in service sector on China’S economic growth．Fiffialy,a linear regression for factors affect FDI in service．FDI in service shows a fine linear relationship wim potential economic growth and a comparatively complex relationship wim other factors and the paper gives and an explanation．Sixthly,all analysis on FDI in China’S retailing sector．Since more FDI is flowing to retailing sector，a deep discussion has arisen among economic scholars．So this paper makes a comparison among China and other countries about the amount of FDI inflow and an average inflow rectified by GDP and then we know that even thorlgh the inflow of recent years is relatively high，the stock inflow and the average rectified by GDP is very low． Lastly,the major problems in the process of attracting FDI in Our country and some pieces of related advice． Key word：Service industry in China Foreign direct investment Service trade 上街大学硕士毕业咯文 问题研究 我
