With the social reformation and the prosperous development of education, teachereducation has become a focus of educational research in the world, and it has become oneof the important tendency of teacher education to pay atention to the teacher development.This requires higher and fresher moral quality to met the need of teacher development. Butin recent years, media has exposed some behaviours which are contrary to teachersprofesional ethics. And this has become inhomogeneous with the educational reformationand teacher development. Though these are only individual phenomena, they did do harmto teachers images in public and restrict teachers development. This has aroused wholesocietys atention. On the same time, there remain a lot of problems, such as lack of theoryand ineficiency in practices, which lead the education of teachers professional ethics unfitfor the new requirements. Therefore, we choose this research subject. We hope the researchand study wil be beneficial to the reformation of educational ethics, so we may promote theteachers development. Inthecourse of the research on this subject, we mainly used documentary method,investigation and researching method, etc. With the analysis and summary, we achieve a lotas folowing: First, the article analyses the relationship between the teacher development and theeducational ethics development. On the basis of clearing up the meaning of teacherdevelopment and the course of its development, the article expounds the thought that theeducational ethics development is the heart of the teacher development, and points out theproblem of teacher unbalanced development in our country.
