However, a milk run (Milk-run) distribution is a way of transport to extract more variety, less batch of spare parts from multiple suppliers’.Moreover, the transport plan in tune with the factory to keep the plant a minimum of inventory. Valid path to design can control the large quantities of low-frequency distribution of the costs effectively. At present, the pattern in the domestic and international automobile manufacturing applications is very extensive. The papers from the quantitative analysis point of view, discuss the auto parts supply logistics and implementation of facility location decision-making problems in the milk-run mode. The first chapter analyzes the development of the milk run, the basic principles and connotation.The basis for analysis and comparison on the milk-run with the traditional delivery mode, described the loop pickup mode is characterized by advantages. The second chapter will analyze the auto parts supply logistics and implementation of the necessity of the Milk-run.By analyzing the mode of operation of third-party logistics companies in the Milk-run mode, explore the feasibility and the problems that need attention. The third chapter considers the time and cost targets, and the location model were constructed based on the single- loop pickup facilities. I also plan to solve the model
