教师专业化视野下中学教研组的建设与发展之研究

中文提要
教研组是学校学科教育教学的一个专业性基层组织,是学科教师提高专业知
识水平重要平台。教研组工作的好坏直接关系到学校教学工作的好坏及教师的专
业素养的优劣。随着新课程改革的不断深入,教师在课堂教学中面临的各种问题
和挑战日益需要依靠团队力量解决,教研组的建设受到越来越多的重视。但是,
由于受多方因素的影响,教研组未能充分发挥它应有的作用。随着中学教育课程
改革的进行,新课程体系在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面都
较原来有了重大的创新和突破。面对教育教学的目标、结构、内容、方式和评价
的新的要求,教师专业素养亟需提升这就更迫切地要求教研组加强自身建设,为
教师的专业发展搭建更为广阔的平台。
本文以笔者所在学校及周边同等学校为依托,通过文献法、访谈法、个案研
究法等方法,分析教研组与学校各个层面的关系,理清的存在状况,并指出新课
程背景下教研组的发展、创新策略,以促进教师专业素养的全面提升,推动新课
程向更深层次拓展。

Abstract
Teaching and research discipline in schools as a teaching professional and
grass-roots organizations, is the subject of teachers to raise the level of expertise an
important platform. The quality of teaching and research work directly related to the
work of school teaching quality and professionalism of teachers, the advantages and
disadvantages. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers in the
classroom teaching a variety of issues and challenges facing the growing need to rely on
team strength solution, the construction of teaching and research are more and more
attention. However, due to multiple factors, teaching and research not fully play its due
role. With the reform of secondary education, with the new features of the course
curriculum, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management of the
