It plays an important role in the operation of administrative power and provides support and precautionary measures. The paper explains the basic connotation and theoretical sources of citizen oversight mechanisms in our system of administrative supervision. It summarizes the construction of the system of citizen oversight by two innovative ways including verify and urge. These systems include Open government information system, Public hearings system, Letters reporting system, Administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation system, Deputies contact with the masses system. Analysis found that the current run of our citizens oversight mechanisms exist four plight, Weak supervision awareness and ability of citizen oversight; Poor responsibility of supervision object; Not ideal effectiveness of the implementation of certain system and limited supervision ways; The low level legalization supervision system. The paper puts forward four measures on the basis of analysis of the causes of the four plights, Fostering active civic culture; The establishment of responsible government; Improving and implementing the existing oversight system and broadening the channels of supervision; Achieving supervision system legalization.
