摘要 I 摘 要 当前我国物流行业借着电子商务的平台发展迅猛，但中小企业却大多受到 融资难的瓶颈制约。商业银行对供应链企业融资业务的介入既可以拓展新的金 融产品，又会对中小企业的生存发展起到了巨大的推动作用。物流金融理念作 为三方共赢的有力结合体模式，已成为推动我国市场经济快速增长的生力军。 而对互联网金融这种以蓬勃态势发展的新事物的探讨，对物流金融能够起到学 习和借鉴的指导性作用。本课题旨在通过对我国金融机构开展物流金融业务的 情况进行探讨分析，深入研究该行业可能存在的创新模式与面临的瓶颈中所存 在的共性和个性的问题，以达到为我国金融机构物流金融产品的创新模式提供 一些具有参考价值的对策分析的目的。 本文首先学习了物流金融的相关概念，在对国内外物流金融发展的比较研 究和我国物流企业融资情况现状以及对部分商业银行出台的物流金融产品实例 对比介绍的综合分析基础上，引入近几年初具规模且势头旺盛的互联网金融的 运作模式，讲述了电商平台对商业银行、物流业共同的冲击，以物流、资金流 和信息流“三流统一”为基础提出商业银行物流金融与互联网金融相互借鉴的 切入点，将电商平台这种新生事物与物流金融理论对照研究，最后提出商业银 行可以通过建立大数据信息平台、推动完善相关法律法规制度、推出物流金融 手机客户端等一系列促进我国金融机构创新物流金融产品的方式，以供应链条 上的商业银行、物流企业和生产企业能够相得益彰，多方共赢。 关键词：商业银行；创新；物流金融 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The logistics industry in China has got a fast development, but the small and medium-sized enterprises has faced with financing difficulties of bottleneck. On the one hand the involvement of the logistics business of Commercial Banks can develop a new financial business, on the other hand it also has played a huge role in promoting small and medium-sized enterprise to survival and development. Logistics finance as a powerful combination of tripartite win-win mode, has become the important component of economic development in China. And the explore to the vigorous situation for the development of new things of Internet financial, can play a guiding role of logistics finance for learning and using for reference. The purpose of this paper is to through the study of current situation of the development of the logistics financial, to explore the problems existing in the industry, for our bank financial products innovation logistics mode to provide some feasible ideas. First this article analysis the related concepts of the logistics financial from the height of the theoretical, After the comparative study of the logistics financial development abroad and the current financing situation of Chinese logistics enterprises and logistics financial products of some commercial bank for instance based on comprehens
