手机外壳注射模具设计 系 别：自动化 专 业 班：机电0704班 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 2011年5月 手机外壳注射模具设计 摘 要 模具制造技术迅速发展，已成为现代制造技术的重要组成部分。如模具的CAD/CAM技术，模具的激光快速成型技术，模具的精密成形技术。 塑料制品已在工业，农业，国防和日常生活中的个方面的到广泛的应用。特别是在电子业中则较为突出。电子产品的外壳大部分是塑料制品，产品性能的提高要求高素质的塑料模具和塑料性能。成型工艺和制品的设计。 塑料制品的成型方法有很多。其主要是注射，挤出，压制，压铸和气压成型等。而注射模，挤出约占成型总数的60%以上。注射成型分为加料，熔融塑料，注射制件，冷却和制件脱模等五个步骤。当然如利用电气控制，可实现半自动化和自动化作业。 塑料注射模主要用于热塑料制品的成型，已成功的用于成型人固塑料制品，它是塑料制品生产中十分重要的工艺装置。注射模的基本组成是：定模机构，动模机构，浇注系统，导向架构，顶出机构，型芯机构，冷却和加热装置，排气系统。 因注射模成型的广泛使用，正式我这个设计的根本出发点，本设计介绍了手机外壳注射模具的设计与制造方法。该注射模采用了1模2腔的结构。 关键词：Handset outer covering injection mold design Abstract The die making technology rapidly expand, has become the modern technique of manufacture the important component.
