摘要 I 摘 要 当前的科技竞争，越来越表现为科技成果转化数量、质量和速度的竞争。 科技成果转化已经成为落实“科学技术是第一生产力”的关键因素。新中国成 立后，我国科技战线取得了举世闻名的巨大成就，然而能真正转化为生产力的 比例并不高，科技成果转化问题已经成为困扰科技与经济结合的一大难题。 文章着眼于地方公益性科研机构这一普遍存在、为数众多的科研组织，以 江西 J 研究院为研究样本，界定了地方公益性科研机构的性质与使命、科技成果 转化的内涵，通过分析科技成果转化的过程和影响因素,发现激励机制已经成为 阻碍科技成果转化的主要瓶颈, 而学术界并没有很好的解决这一问题。文章通过 对激励机制进行研究分析，目的是为建立健全地方公益性科研机构转化机制， 特别是激励机制，提出管理对策建议。 关键词：科技成果转化 激励机制 地方公益性科研机构 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The current competition of science and technology, more and more performance for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements the quantity, quality and speed of the competition.
