ABSTRACT With the rising power of China’S economy,the living standard of people rise and more auenfion paid to the construction of spiritual civilization,music education reform and developmem has made great progress.In the music class,the student is gradually taken as the center SO that the students at the same time appreciate the music knowledge.New music course standard has been put forward to make music education in China and much attention has been paid to cultivating students’morality,intelligence and physique,US,fatigue the all—round development of comprehensive quality become the duty of school and society.In advancing quality education today,the school and the parents have started to pay attention to the training of childrens artistic accomplishment and improving children’S ability of music appreciation and perception.Piano as importmat tooI and means to improve childrens intelligence,in many medium cities, has become very common for children to learn piano. Based on Xinxiang as all example,this paper combined the literature data method,analysis method,the methods of on-the.spot investigation method,and questionnaire method and made the preliminary investigation and study amateur of Xinxiang children piano teaching present situation, respectively from teachers,parents and children in these three aspecB.In terms of teachers,teachers’ professional ability,teaching methods and teaching environment have advantages and problems;In tenns of parents,there exsit SOme problems,like parents’purpose and mind of leting the children learn the piano, children’S pressure from parents and SO on;In terms of children,there are some problems,such as children’S attitude,time and methods of practicing the piano,etc.Through the analysis of the above three aspects,strategies and countermeasures should be respectively put forward to SOlve the problem.Teachers should improve their professional ability and teaching methods;parents should improve their point of view, and constantly en
