容的先进性不突出，不能反映各专科的护理发展前沿； (2)临床教师的带教：学生的评价结果中有2项均值高于4分，教师的 自评结果中有22项均值高于4分。师生评价结果有25项存在差异，教师 自评结果高于护生对教师的评价结果。二者对教师行为特质的评价顺序有 一致性的看法(r=0．549，P=0．002)。 (3)学生的参与与实践：护生的自评结果中有4项均值高于4分，教师 的评价结果中有5项均值高于4分。师生评价结果有9：顷存在差异，二者 的评价顺序有一致性的看法(r=0．789，P=．000)。 (4)护士长的监督与管理：护生的评价结果中仅有一项均值高于4分， 认为护士长对临床教学工作达到中等程度的重视；教师的评价结果中各项 均值均高于4分，认为护士长对临床教学工作达到高度重视。师生对所有 项目的评价结果均存在显著的统计学差异。 (5)效果及评价：护生的评价结果中有2项均值高于4分，教师的评价 结果中有4项均值高于4分。总体而言，二者均认为实习效果达到高等水 平。师生评价结果中3项存在差异。 结 论 通过调查发现目前的临床实习计划仍不完善，带教教师在教学能力行 为、人际关系行为及人格特质行为方面存在一定的不足，学生在实习过程中 缺乏主动性，仍需加强护士长对临床教学工作的重视，护生在实习过程中难 于取得患者及家属的信任，且专业思想不牢固。所以有必要采取相应措施 以提高临床实习质量。 关键词：本科；护生；临床实习 ．，． Survey and Analysis of Clinical Practice of Undergraduate Nursing Students in China Medical University Objective To investigate the evaluation on current clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students and clinical teachers，to find out the defects and analyze the relevant factors。 To compare the evaluation results of undergraduate nursing student with that of clinical teachers． To explore concrete measures to improve clinical practice methods and raise practicing efficiency based on defects． Methods A descriptive design was employed．The clinical teaching；practice of 25 un— dergraduate nursing students of 1998 grade and 19 undergraduate nursing students of 1 999 grade and 84 clinical teachers in the First and Second Hospital affiliated to China Medical University was investigated by a questionnaire．The questionnaire Was based Oil literatures and clinical practice outline．And it Was revised by four experts in nursing education，nursing management and nursing research．The questionnaire consists of two parts：close—ended questions and open—ended questions．The close—ended part consists of five parts：planning； clinical teachers7 teaching；nursing students’participant and practice；head nur- ses 7 supervision and management；effect and evaluation．SPSSl 1．5 was for data analysis． ·3· Results (1)Planning：clinical teachers were satisfied with plans，but 45．7％nuts— ing studen
