护理实习生抑郁知识及和抑郁状态关系的调查研究.pdfVIP

摘要 心理学研究表明，护理实习生掌握抑郁知识的程度及与抑郁状态有着直接的关系， 为了调动护理实习生的工作积极性，掌握更多的临床实践知识，顺利完成实习任务，同 时为护理教学管理者提供改善护理实习生抑郁状态理论参考依据。本研究调查河北省人 民医院护理实习生抑郁知识与抑郁状态现状；分析实习生抑郁状态的影响因素；了解抑 郁知识与抑郁状态之间的关系。 本研究采用分层整群抽样法，抽取13所医学院的360名护理实习生作为研究对象， 进行问卷调查；问卷包括自行设计的被调查者的一般资料表、抑郁知识调查表、抑郁自 评量表(SDS)；统计学方法采用SPSSl7．0统计软件进行数据分析统计方法包括：均数± 标准差、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析，得出结论： 1．护理实习生抑郁知识均值为(3．90±0．48)分，三个维度均分由高到低依次为： 对抑郁的认知(4．13±0．49)分)对抑郁的管理(3．97±0．45)分对抑郁的判断 (3．90+_0．45)分。说明护理实习生抑郁知识处于中上水平。 2．护理实习生抑郁知识的掌握在年龄、学历、健康状况、在校担任职务、人际关 系方面差异具有统计学意义(PO．05)，在不同出生地、独生子女、实习科室方面差异不 显著。 3．护理实习生通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分，得分均高于常模(PO．01)，其中 24．56％护理实习生存在抑郁状态，护理实习生是否独生子女、健康状况及人际关系对其 抑郁状态有影响。 4． 临床床护理实习生抑郁知识三个维度均与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分呈负相关 (r=O．698，PO．01)，说明护理实习生抑郁知识掌握水平得分越高，其抑郁状态水平越 低。 关键词： 护理实习生抑郁知识 抑郁状态关系 llI 万方数据 Abstrac Psychological studies have shown that nursing students to master the knowle趣e of depression has a direct relationship with depression．In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing interns，and acquire more knowledge of clinical practice，successfully completing learning tasks，while providing improved nursing teaching management theoretical reference to depression in nursing students．This study examines current clinical nursing intern depression and depressive state of knowledge in Hebei General Hospital，analyses influence factor of intern’S depression and understands the relationship between depression and depressive state of knowledge。 This research extracts 360 medical clinical nursing interns from 1 3 medical schools by using stratified sampling method to carry out questionnaire including general information on the design of the respondents，depression knowledge questionnaires and self-rating depression scale(SDS)．Statistical methods are using SPSS 1 7．0 statistical software for data analysis，including the mean士standard deviation，independent—samples t test，ANOVA analysis，and concluded that： 1、The average score ofdepression knowledge ofclinical nursing intern is f3．90土0．48)． The Average score of three dimensions from b5【gh tO low aS follow
