藁荽|i|农学蕊疆士学徒论文 箍婺 Epidemiology of Porcine circovirus disease and Sequence analysis on ORF2 Gene of PCV2 Isolated from Shandong ABSTRACT The PCV2 antibodies of sera samples from thirteen hogpens in Shandong Province weFe detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)．The results showed that：the pigs in thirteen hogpens were all infected by PCV2． The ORF2 genes of SD I、SDII、SDIII、SDIV PCV2 viruses isolated from Shandong Province were cloned，identifed and compared with the sequences of Austria stmin(AY424402)、United Kingdom strain(AJ293869)、Guangxi strain(AY556475)、Hainan strain(AY556476)、Zhejiang strain(AY686764) which had been published in GenBank．The results showed that：the homologies of nucleic actds and amino acids betweentheORF2 genes ofthesefourPCV2 andAustria strainwere91．9％-92．3％and 83．4％一84．7％． between the ORF2 genes of these four PCV2 and Hainan strain were 93．3％-94．2％and 87．2％一89．4％． between the ORF2 genes of these four PCV2 and other strains were more than 98％and 96％．So the high genetic relativity ofthe ORF2 genes ofthese four PCV2 with other strains had been proved． The pCV2 antibodies ofsere samples from pigs fed oil different strages in five hogpens in Shandong Province were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)．The results showed that：antibodies could be transferred by placenta or colostrums to piglets and PCV2 did not transmitted vertically． Five classical swine fever vaccines and two pseudorabie vaccines used commonly in Shandong Province were surveyed by PCR．The results showed that：two CSFV vaccines had been infected by PCV2 and vaccination was one ofways协trantmit PCV2． Fresh dung of pigs fed on different strages in two hogpens was surveyed by PCR,the results show that：one ofthem had been infected by PCV2 and dung was another way to trantmit pCv2． Key words：Porcine circovirus disease；Epidemiology；PCV2；ORF2 gene n 麓l{霾学院蘸士学艇滚文缭蜷谲表 PCV ORF2 PK-15 SeSV CⅨ撑 8瓣鼙 PBFDV CAV Cap Rep RCR PMWS p掰fs pR轻e S矗骐S PNP CT 豫￡S PPV IIFA IHe IS硅 Pc
