Cloud computing represents the development direction of information technology, while cloud storage as its supporting technology, it has attracted lots of peoples attention. However, data security has always been the weak point, and it becomes the primary problem restricting the development of cloud computing. Therefore, it is urgent to study and design a secure data storage system which can provide high reliable cloud storage service. This paper firstly introduces the basic principle of erasure codes and data encryption technology, and then describes the principle of data communication under the cloud computing environment from the two aspects of client and server, as well as the related system development platform and technology.
