ZPMC and MTH were waiting for the final confirmation of shipping section end protection plan’s price. Temporary pin will be installed to Section 1109 bottom plate before blasting to protect the hole. However, MTH found temporary pin hasn’t been inserted into the hole in section 109 after blasting and painting.
