妈富隆治疗人工流产术后月经不调的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨应用妈富隆治疗人工流产术后月经不调的临床治疗效果。方法 整群选取2014年1月―2016年1月期间该院收治的78例行人工流产术后月经不调的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=43），对照组行术后常规抗感染治疗，观察组在此基础上联合妈富隆治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 对照组患者月经恢复率为80%、痛经率为14.3%、生殖道感染率为17.1%；观察组患者月经恢复率为95%、痛经率为2.3%、生殖道感染率2.3%，对照组患者月经恢复率低于观察组，痛经率、生殖道感染率高于观察组（P0.05），对照组患者阴道出血时间为（7.1±1.3）d，阴道出血量为（56.8±8.7） mL，观察组患者阴道出血时间为（4.3±1.1）d，阴道出血量为（41.5±7.2） mL，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 应用妈富隆治疗人工流产术后月经不调，效果明显， 　　可以广泛应用。 　　[关键词] 妈富隆；人工流产术；月经不调；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（c）-0123-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of marvelon in treatment of irregular menstruation after artificial abortion operation. Methods 78 cases of patients with irregular menstruation after artificial abortion operation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group with 35 cases and the observation group with 43 cases， the control group were treated with conventional anti-infection after operation， the observation group were treated with marvelon on this basis， and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The menstruation recovery rate， dysmenorrhea rate and reproductive tract infection rate were respectively 80%， 14.3% and 17.1% in the control group and 95%， 2.3% and 2.3% in the observation group， the menstruation recovery rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group， and the dysmenorrhea rate and reproductive tract infection rate in the control group were higher than those in the observation group， P0.05， the vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume were respectively （7.1±1.3） d and （56.8±8.7） ml in the control group and （4.3±1.1） d and （41.5±7.2） mL in the observation group， P0.05. Conclusion The effect of marvelon in treatment of irregular menstruation after artificial abortion operation is obvious. 　　[Key words] Marvelon； Artificial abortion operation； Irr
