孕酮、β―hCG水平监测对治疗先兆流产的价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析依据血清孕酮、β-hCG指标监测治疗先兆流产患者的临床价值。方法：选取笔者所在医院2012年10月-2014年10月72例先兆流产患者，均行血清孕酮和β-hCG指标检测监测，并依据监测指标确定治疗方案，观察妊娠结局。结果：20例患者血清孕酮值大于25 ng/ml，血β-hCG值大于50 mIU/ml，未应用药物治疗，孕妇胚胎发育均正常；40例患者血清孕酮值处于15.94～25 ng/ml，血清β-hCG值处于10～50 mIU/ml，应用积极疗法治疗后，胚胎均正常发育；9例患者血清孕酮值低于15.94 ng/ml，血β-hCG值低于10 mIU/ml以及3例血清孕酮值和β-hCG上升不同步的患者，孕囊停止生长，最后终止妊娠。结论：参照血清孕酮和β-hCG水平检测结果治疗先兆流产，能够对妊娠结局进行有效的提前预测，从而提高保胎成功率。 　　【关键词】 先兆流产； 血清孕酮； β-hCG； 妊娠结局 　　中图分类号 R714.21 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0136-03 　　The Clinical Value of Progesterone and β-hCG Levels in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion/LIU Xue-zhu，ZHOU Jing-ping.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：136-138 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical value of progesterone and β-hCG in the treatment of threatened abortion.Method：From October 2012 to October 2014，72 cases with threatened abortion were selected，all the patients were monitored serum progesterone and β-hCG，based on the monitoring results to determine the treatment plan，the pregnancy outcome was observed.Result：There were 20 patients with serum progesterone values greater than 25 ng/ml and β-hCG value was greater than 50 mIU/ml，there patients didn’t use drug therapy，embryo development were normal；40 cases of patients with serum progesterone values were 15.94-25 ng/ml and β-hCG value was 10-50 mIU/ml.After active therapy the embryos were normal development；9 patients had serum progesterone values lower than among the 15.94 ng/ml and serum β-hCG value lower than 10 mIU/ml and serum progesterone in 3 patients and β-hCG rise out of sync，to stop the growth of gestational sac and finally termination of pregnancy.Conclusion：Reference serum progesterone andβ-hCG test results for treatment of pregnant women with threatened abortion can effective predict advance on pregnancy outcomes，so as to improve the tocolysis success rate. 　　【Key words】 Threatened abortion； Serum progesterone； β-hCG； Pregnancy outcome 　　First-author’s address：Nanshenzao T
