瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术治疗肛瘘81例疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术治疗肛瘘疗效。方法 整群选取该院于2013年3月―2014年9月收治的162例肛瘘患者作为研究对象，将其分为治疗和对照组，治疗组行瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术，对照组行传统肛瘘完全切除法。结果 治疗组与对照组患者均全部治愈。治疗组患者的术后疼痛、创口出血、创口边缘水肿、创面分泌物、肛门功能主观症状、肛门功能就诊情况等评分均显著低于对照组患者（P0.05）。结论 对肛瘘患者行瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术能有效减轻患者术后疼痛、创口出血、创口边缘水肿等症状，并且使肛门生理功能明显恢复。 　　[关键词] 肛瘘；瘘管切除内口结扎一期缝合术；疗效分析 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（c）-0108-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the curative effect of primary closure of fistulectomy and endoral ligation in treatment of archosyrinx. Methods 162 cases of patients with archosyrinx diagnosed in our hospital from March 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 81 cases in each， the treatment group were treated with primary closure of fistulectomy and endoral ligation， the control group were treated with traditional complete resection of archosyrinx， and whether there were symptoms such as discharges， pruritus and pains or not and other wound healing conditions were used as the evaluation standards of the operative curative effect. Results Both groups were all cured， the postoperative pain score， wound bleeding score， wound edge edema score， wound secretion score， subjective symptom score of anal function and medical treatment score of anal function in the control group were obviously higher than those in the treatment group， （2.14， 1.78， 2.09， 1.38， 2.89， 4.39 vs 4.03， 3.79， 2.09， 3.71， 1.99， 4.59） P0.05.
