口腔颌面部手术后患者的SICU护理观察 　　【摘要】目的：探讨整理护理对口腔颌面部创伤患者的作用。方法：对2011年―2013年期间我院收治的58例口腔颌面部手术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。口腔颌面经过手术后容易造成舌及口腔颈部组织出现水肿现象，且舌头的活动能力会逐渐降低，使得咽后壁的缝隙变得越来越狭窄，导致呼吸道梗阻病症的发生。因此，在对待进行口腔颌面手术后的患者时，术后护理极为重要。结果：对患者进行术后护理能够最大程度的使术后并发症得到有效降低，同时还使得口腔颌面部手术的治疗率得到一定幅度的提高，值得临床推广。随着医疗技术的不断发展，更需要对危重、疑难患者进行细致的病情监测，治疗过程中也需要高水平、高护理的特殊医疗环境。结论：对口腔颌面部创伤患者术后的良好护理，可减轻患者的焦虑心理，减少并发症的发生。 　　【关键词】口腔颌面部手术;SICU护理;观察 　　【Abstract】objective： to explore the role of nursing in patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods： our hospital during the period of 2011-2013 the clinical data of 58 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery were retrospectively studied. Oral and maxillofacial after surgery is easy to cause the tongue and oral cavity and neck tissue oedema appears phenomenon， and the activity of the tongue will reduce gradually， so that when the pharyngeal wall cracks become more and more narrow， lead to the occurrence of respiratory tract obstruction symptoms. Therefore， in the treatment for patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery， postoperative nursing is very important. Results： for patients with postoperative nursing can reduce postoperative complications effectively to a great extent， as well as the treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery is the improvement of a certain extent， worth clinical promotion. With the continuous development of medical technology， but also a detailed condition monitoring in patients with critical and difficult， also needs a high level， high care in the process of treatment of special medical environment. Conclusion： good nursing in patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma， can reduce the anxiety of patients， reduce the occurrence of complications. 　　【Key words】oral and maxillofacial surgery; SICU nursing; To observe the 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　在调查的58例患者中，男性有46例，女性为12例，平均年龄为50.48岁。其中年龄最大的为92岁，年龄最小的仅有50天。有颌面部肿瘤的有46名患者，占总人数的79%，患有颅底肿瘤的患者有3名，占总人数的5.1%，患有颌骨多发性骨折的患者为2例，占总人数的3.4%。并有一名患者患有腭裂、鼻咽炎性息肉，2例患者患有颌骨放射性骨髓炎，还有患有左舌下口底异位甲状腺肿物、重度睡眠呼吸暂停综合征及右侧筛
