手术室优质护理在膝关节镜手术中的应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨手术室优质护理在膝关节镜手术中的应用效果。方法 60例接受膝关节镜手术治疗的患者， 随机分为观察组与对照组， 每组30例。对照组患者给予常规手术室护理；而观察组患者给予优质手术室护理。术后对比分析两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率以及治疗效果。结果 观察组的手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率明显小于对照组；并且观察组的总满意度明显高于对照组， 两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 膝关节镜手术中给予患者优质手术室护理能够明显提高手术治疗效果， 降低术后并发症发生几率， 加快患者术后关节功能恢复， 提高患者生活质量， 值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 膝关节镜手术；优质护理；临床疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.19.147 　　Application analysis of operating room high quality nursing for arthroscopic knee surgery GU Xiu-qing， LIN Qing. Methods A total of 60 patient receiving arthroscopic knee surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional operating room nursing， while the observation group received operating room high quality nursing. Operation times， hospital stays， incidences of complications and curative effects of the two groups were compared after operation for analysis. Results The observation group had much lower operation time， hospital stay， and incidence of complications than the control group， while its total satisfaction degree was obviously higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of operating room high quality nursing for arthroscopic knee surgery can remarkably improve curative effect， reduce incidence of postoperative complications， enhance postoperative recovery of joint function， and improve quality of life.
