南水北调中线工程对汉江襄阳段环境影响评价 　　摘要：汉江作为长江最大的支流，对汉江流域的生态环境调节起着举足轻重的作用。南水北调中线调水工程的实施，削减了丹江口水库下泄水量，从而减少了汉江中游水流量，这必将对汉江流域襄阳段的生态环境产生很大的影响。襄阳市是湖北省副中心城市，汉江中游最大的城市，鄂西北区域经济文化中心，因而探究中线调水工程对该区域的生态环境影响具有重要意义。通过结合汉江流域襄阳段的的自然因素和人类活动因素，分析中线调水工程对该区域生态环境的影响因子，提出16个评价指标，确定层次分析法为评价方法，最终计算出评价结果为中线调水工程对汉江流域襄阳段的生态环境影响程度-16.43%～-19.09%，即生态环境处于明显的负面影响状态。 　　关键词：南水北调中线工程；汉江流域；襄阳；环境影响评价 　　中图分类号：X8文献标志码：A文章编号： 　　1672-1683（2015）001-0130-06 　　Ecological environment impact assessment of Xiangyang section of Hanjiang River basin which caused by the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project 　　NIE Fang，LIU Song 　　（Hubei University of Arts and Science，Xiangyang 441053，China ） 　　Abstract：As the largest tributary of the Changjiang river，Hanjiang river plays an important role to regulate the ecological environment of the Hanjiang river basin.however，the implementation of the middle route of water transfer project leaded reducement of the flow water from the Danjiangkou reservoir，thus resulted in the decreasment of water flow of the middle reaches of Hanjiang river，and it will inevitably causes a series of influence on the ecological environment of Xiangyang section of Hanjiang river basin.Xiangyang is the deputy center city of Hubei province，the biggest city in the middle reaches of Hanjiang river，and also is the regional economic and cultural center of northwest of Hubei province.So it has the great significance to explore the ecological environment influence of this section which caused by the middle route of south-to-north water transfer project.In this paper，by combining natural and human activities factors of Xiangyang section of the Hanjiang river valley，we analysis the regional ecological environment impact factors of the middle line of water diversion project，put forward 1sixteen evaluation indexes，determine the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） as evaluate method，and fianly calculate the evaluation result.The clusion is that the influence degree is minus 16.43% ～ 19.09%，the ecolog
