茬口及栽培环境对香椿黄酮含量和清除DPPH能力的影响
摘 要:以国内主栽品种红油香椿为研究对象,在提取方法及溶剂选择的基础上,研究不同茬口及栽培环境对香椿不同部位黄酮含量和DPPH自由基清除活性的影响。结果表明:以70%乙醇为提取溶剂,采用微波法提取黄酮效果较好。头茬香椿不同部位的黄酮含量及DPPH自由基清除活性均高于二茬香椿,露地栽培香椿不同部位的黄酮含量及DPPH自由基清除活性均高于大棚栽培。香椿嫩芽及嫩茎等幼嫩组织均不及香椿老叶及老茎部分。

Effects of Different Crops and Cultivation Environment on Flavonoids Contents and DPPH-Scavenging Capacities of Toona sinensis

Abstract: Hongyou Chinese toon (Toona sinensis), the major cultivar in China, was used to investigate the effects of different crops and cultivation environment on flavonoid content and DPPH-scavenging capacities of Toona sinensis in different parts on the basis of selected extraction method and solvent. The results showed that with 70% ethanol as the extraction solvent, the microwave extraction had some slightly advantages of higher extraction yields and DPPH-scavenging capacities. The contents of flavonoids and DPPH-scavenging capacities in different parts of Toona sinensis in the first crop were higher than those in the second crop, and which cultivated outside were higher than those cultivated in greenhouse. Furthermore, the contents of flavonoids and DPPH-scavenging capacities in tender buds and stems were lower than those in old leaves and stems.

香椿(Toona sinensis(A. Juss.)Roem),为楝科香椿属的多年生落叶乔木[1-2],是我国特有的集材、菜、药为一体的珍贵树种,分布于全国各地,尤以河南、山东、河北和安徽等地栽培居多。香椿富含人体所必须的氨基酸、脂肪酸、维生素、微量元素等多种营养物质以及黄酮、多酚、皂苷、生物碱等活性成分[3-5],具有很高的营养保健价值,且在生长过程中能够分泌驱虫物质,无需喷施农药,是名副其实的绿色蔬菜[6]。在食品安全与健康问题成为
