This brings new requirement to the institution’s logistics management， it needs us to make further research of the new problems. 　　Logistics work is one of the most important aspect of a group. Good logistics management can give its employees much more support， can make them work much more efficiency. 　　Take the writer’s company as an example， it is the earliest founded institution which focus on the research of tropical and subtropical marine lives. Even though it is not a huge group， but it plays a very important role in the development of marine lives research in China. Mainly of the employees have high education degrees， they are devoted when they are working， so we must be fully responsible for their logistics support.
