不同品种与化控条件对加工番茄叶片光合特性的影响   摘要:采用3种化控条件(300 mg/kg生命素、68.752%杀菌剂银法利800倍液、混合制剂)处理加工番茄,对其叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、水分利用率的影响进行比较分析。结果表明,不同品种间加工番茄的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用率差异极显著,气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度差异显著;不同化控条件下加工番茄的净光合速率差异达显著或极显著水平,气孔导度差异不显著。且3种化控条件分别对净光合速率、水分利用率具有提高作用,而部分处理对气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度以及蒸腾速率具有降低作用。   关键词:加工番茄;叶片;品种;化控条件;光合特性   中图分类号:S641.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2014)19-4638-03   DOI:10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2014.19.034   Effects of Different Varieties and Chemical Regulation on the Photosynthetic Characteristics of Processed Tomato Leaf   LIU Shuang-lu, SU Zhi-fang, MA Xiao-jun,WANG Hai-wei,HAO shui-yuan   (Department of Agronomy, Hetao College, Bayannaoer 015000, Inner Mongolia, China)   Abstract:Using three kinds of chemical conditions (300 mg/kg life element, 68.752% silver fvarley bactericides 800 times liquid, the mixture)to treat processed tomatoes, the net photosynthetic rate of leaf, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate and water use efficiency were analysed. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency of different varieties of processed tomatoes were significantly different, the sanme as stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration. The net photosynthetic rate of processed tomato in different conditions reached significant difference or extremely significant level. The stomatal conductance difference was not significant. Three chemical conditions improved net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency. Stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration was lower in part of the treatment.   Key words: processed tomato; leaf;varieties;chemical regulation;photosynthetic characteristics   加工番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)为一年生茄科草本植物,含有多种维生素和矿物质,以及很高的番茄红素。因此,番茄及其产品日益受到营养界的关注[1]。我国番茄总产量居世界第一,加工产量居世界第二[2],巴彦淖尔地区近十年种植面积不断扩大,成为我国加工番茄的第二大种植和加工基地,仅次于新疆。目前,该地区拥有43家番茄加工企业,产品远销欧美、日本、中东地区,番茄成为该地区主要经济作物之一。光合作用是影响作物的生长发育的主要原因之一,也是作物产量形成的物质基础。目前已经有大量的研究表
