项目管理在肝功能衰竭男性患者导尿中的 应用及效果评价 丁焕娟 ·47· ·基础护理· 【摘要】目的探讨项目管理对提高消化科住院肝功能衰竭男性患者导尿一次成功率，降低导尿 护理并发症的效果。方法通过项目管理的方法，对科内14名注册护士进行男性患者导尿的规范化 培训，评价培训前后6个知识点的掌握情况；随机抽取2009年5月至2012年5月在本院消化内科插 尿管的男性患者146例，以培训时间前后为标准，将患者分为对照组84例和观察组62例。评价并比较 2组一次插管成功率和主要护理并发症的发生率。结果采用项目管理方式后，护士对尿道润滑的方 法、肝功能c级患者尿道黏膜的评估、导尿术操作常见并发症及其规避方法4项知识的掌握程度评分 较培训前明显提高。观察组的一次性插管成功率较对照组明显提高，尿道黏膜损伤率及患者插管时的 疼痛程度则显著降低。结论应用项目管理可显著提高护士临床操作能力，有效减少损伤性护理操 作并发症的发生。 【关键词】项目管理；插尿管；男性患者；肝功能衰竭 Application of project management in urine catheterization in male patients with fiver failure DING Huan-jua儿Qingdao Municipal Hospital,Qingdao 266011，China [Abstract]Objective To discuss the effect of project management on improvement of the SUCCESS rate of one trial urine catheterization and reduction of complications caused by catheterization care for male patients with liver failure．Methods Applying project management to train 14 registered nurses about the standard method of male patients’catheterization，then the mastering of the 6 points of catheterization were evalu· ated．From May 2009 to May 2012，146 male patients in our department were divided into the control group 84 cases and the observation group 62 eases ．The SUCCESS rate of one trial urine catheterization and major nursing complications were evaluated．Results After using the project management,nltUF艳S could make significant improvement in mastering the 4 points，as the technique of lubricating the urethra,giving the assess— ment to urethral mUCOSa of the patients with liver function as Chfld-pugh C grade，common complications which caused by operation of catheterization and its circumvention technology．The剐JoD嘲rate of one trial urge catheterization Was higher,the injury rate of urethral mlloosa and pain degreeⅥere lower in the observation group than those in the control group． Conclusions Project management can significantly improve the clini— cal operation capability of nurses and effectively decrease the catheterization complications． 【Key words】Project management；Catheteri
