猪精液冷冻保存的剂型及品种效应 摘要：为了评价细管类型在不同品种公猪精液冷冻中的效果，为猪精液冷冻的实际生产中冷冻细管的选择提供理论依据，试验将长白、大约克与杜洛克3种美系公猪（每品种7头次）精液进行不同细管类型（5.00、0.50、0.25 mL）的分装冷冻，比较各种细管类型下不同品种公猪之间和同一品种公猪不同细管类型精液冻后质量（冻后精子活力、畸形率及顶体完整率）。结果表明，①相同剂型下，除了0.25 mL细管分装时杜洛克公猪冻后精子顶体完整率显著（P0.05）;②3种公猪冻后精子活力最高的剂型均为0.50 mL细管，冻后精子畸形率及顶体完整率最好的剂型均为5.00 mL细管。总之，3种细管类型中，仅0.25 mL剂型存在品种效应，而3个品种公猪却存在着基本类似的剂型效应。 关键词：猪;精液;冷冻保存;剂型;品种 中图分类号：S828 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2014）20-4917-03 DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2014.20.038 Effects of Package Type and Breed on the Cryopreservation of Boar Semen LIU De-yu1，2，YANG Shang-xue3，HUANG Ming-guang1，LI Mei-zhen2，LI Xun3，PAN Tian-biao1， HUANG Guang-yun1，HU Chuan-huo3 （1. College of Animal Science and Technology， Guangxi University， Nanning 530005， China） Abstract： To evaluate the effects of straw type on cryopreservation of semen from various breeds of boars and provide a theorectical reference for choosing one suitable straw in production practice of frozen semen， the semens of three kinds of American-derived boar （Landrace， large Yorkshire and Duroc） were packed / frozen with three different types of straws including 5.00 mL， 0.50 mL and 0.25 mL. Each breed had seven samples of semen. The evaluation indexes were made up of the sperm motility， abnormality and acrosomal integrity after frozen among three breeds and straw types. The results showed that for the same straw type， there had no significant differences（P 0.05） among the three breeds except from the acrosomal integrity of Duroc boar at 0.25 mL package significantly higher than that of Landrace boar（P 0.05）. For three breeds， the package type with the highest sperm motility was at 0.50 mL straw. And at 5.00 ml straw， the abnormality and acrosomal integrity was the best. It is indicated that there had breed effect only in the 0.25
