Especially in recent years, when the appreciation of education, inspiring education has become the highlight and the main theme of the education reform of our country, the people are terrible to the disciplinary punishment education, regard, if danger way. Recently, however, for a period of time, several “murders cases of teacher” that occur in places such as Shanxi、Zhejiang ,not only has triggered the society to reflect deeply on the occupation of teacher and even the education itself, but also promote people to mention again of the education for disciplinary punishment. This paper plans make a simply consider from several aspects such as the connotation and rationality, the implementation of the principles, the scope demarcation line, the concrete ways, as well as, how the teacher can execution disciplinary punishment reasonable and moderate.
