南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 儿科学 Pediatrics （供临床医学五年制使用） 执笔： 兰和魁 王斌 李宏 陶少华 李秋平 审定人 王 斌 李 宏 兰和魁 学院负责人： 陈志中 徐如祥 南方医科大学教务处 二OO六年十二月 一、课程介绍 课程代码：B100001 学 分：4学分 学 时：90 学时（理论学时60，见习学时30） 先修课程：诊断学、病理生理学、药理学 具体内容：儿科学是临床医学主要课程之一。是研究小儿生长发育规律、提高小儿身心健康水平和疾病防治质量的医学科学。其服务的对象是处于不断生长发育中的儿童和青少年。基本理论涉及发育儿科学、预防儿科学和临床儿科学。临床儿科学又包括儿童保健、新生儿、心血管、呼吸、消化、血液、肾脏、神经和传染等三级学科。通过对儿科学的学习，使学生掌握儿童生长发育的一般规律，不同时期儿童预防保健的重点，掌握儿童常见病和多发病的临床诊断、鉴别诊断要点和治疗原则，尤为重要的在于掌握儿童疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的正确的临床思维方法。 Course Code: B100001 Credit: 4 Credit Hour: 90 （60 will be contributed ,30 to the instructions） Recommended Preparation: diagnostics; pathophysiology; pharmacology Pediatrics, one of the major courses in clinical medicine, is a medical discipline which studies the law governing the growth and development of children, the improvement of children’s physical and mental health and the quality of disease prevention and treatment. With children as its service objects, pediatrics covers theories related to developmental, prophylactic and clinical pediatrics, including studies on child health care, newborns, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, diseases of blood, kidney and nervous system and infection etc. The objective of this course is to to help students to master the general law concerning the children’s growth and development, the emphases of the health care in the different stages of development of children, the focal points of the clinical and differentiating diagnosis and the principles of the treatment of children’s frequently occuring and common diseases, and particularly, the develop the correct thinking mode for diagnosis of children’s diseases. 二、教学内容与要求 下划“ ”的内容为掌握内容，下划“ ”的内容为熟悉内容，未划线的内容为了解内容，有※者为自学了解内容。 第一章 绪 论 【内容】 1. 了解儿科学的范围和任务。 2. 熟悉儿科学的特点。 3. 掌握小儿年龄分期：每个时期的时间界限及主要特点。 【授课时数】 0.5学时 第二章 生长发育 【内容】 1. 小儿生长发育所遵循的一般规律，影响因素。 2. 掌握小儿生长发育的各项具体指标。 体重：出生体重、3～5个月体重、1岁体重、2岁体重；生理性体重下降、体重增长规律，推算小儿体重的三个公式。影响体重
