北京人文大学 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文 我国金融衍生品市场的发展现状及发展建议 姓 名： 姜欢 指导教师： 王磊 院 系： 商学院 专 业： 金融 完成日期： 2012年3月6日 摘 要 近年来，金融衍生产品市场得到了空前的发展，交易品种迅速增加。与传统的融资方式相比，金融衍生产品的推出降低了金融基础产品的市场风险，增强了金融市场的流动性。但由于其自身的特点，金融衍生产品也创造了新的风险。一些触目惊心的金融事件往往与金融衍生产品密切相关。如2008年9月爆发的次贷危机被认为是美国自二战以来所经历的最严重的危机。金融衍生产品对经济的影响利弊兼有但利大于弊，从我国目前来看，发展金融衍生产品确有其必要性。我国金融衍生产品市场的发展尚处于初级阶段，仍存在许多问题，发现问题并找出应对措施，对于促进金融衍生产品市场的发展意义重大。本文通过对我国金融衍生品市场的现状及存在的问题，对金融衍生品市场的发展提出几点建议。 关键词：金融衍生产品，发展，应对措施 ABSTRACT In recent years, the financial derivative market has undergone an unprecedented development, the rapid increase in trading products. Compared with the traditional financing mode, financial derivative products to reduce the financial products based on market risk, enhance the liquidity of financial markets. But due to its own characteristics, financial derivative products also created new risks. Chinas financial derivatives market is still in its primary development stage, there are still many problems, discovering problems and finds out the countermeasures, to promote the development of the financial derivatives market of great significance. This paper on Chinas financial derivatives market situation and existing problems, the financial derivatives market development put forward some suggestions.
