题目： 浅析我国民间借贷盛行的原因 院（系） 　　　经济与金融学院 　　　 专 业 　　　 金融学 　　　 届 别 　　　 08 　　　 学 号 　　　　0824311009 　　 姓 名 　　　 洪劭波 　　　 指导老师 刘卫红（教授） 华侨大学教务处印制 2012年4月 摘 要 近年来民间借贷在资金来源、借贷形式以及资金流向等方面发生了新的变化，在借贷规模不断扩大、借贷利率明显上升的情况下，民间借贷的风险更是复杂。因此对民间借贷的现状和盛行的原因进行分析，对于解决民间借贷存在的相关问题具有重要意义。本文从国家宏观政策的调控，中小企业的融资难题，中小企业自身问题和个人投资渠道有限简要分析了民间借贷盛行的原因，并针对民间借贷存在的问题：增加金融风险，扰乱金融秩序，削弱了宏观调效果，增多社会不稳定因素，加重企业负担提出了相关的对策。如：制定和完善相关法规体系，加快利率市场化建设，为中小企业融资提供便利，加强监管，防范民间借贷风险，积极开展个人委托贷款业务，开放民间借贷市场。 关键词： 民间借贷；现状；问题 ；对策 ABSTRACT Private lending in recent years new changes in the sources of funding, borrowing in the form of capital flows, lending expanding, the obvious increase in lending rates, the private lending risk is even more complicated. Therefore, the status of private lending and the reasons for the prevalence of great significance in solving issues related to private lending. This article is a brief analysis of the national macro-control policies, the financing problems of SME, SME and personal investment channels limited the prevalence of private lending for private lending problems: increased financial risk, disrupting financial order, weakened macro effects, increased social instability, and increase the burden on enterprises related countermeasures.Such as: to develop and perfect the system of relevant laws and regulations, to speed up the construction of market-oriented interest rate, to facilitate financing for SME, and strengthen the supervision to guard against the risks of private lending, and actively carry out individual entrusted loan business, opening up the private lending market.
