The Modernization of CPE and the Scientization of Thinking Mode 　　Abstract. CPE concepts’ disputes and terminology abuse phenomenon caused the writer’s thinking for the modernization of CPE. Through access to large number of documents, I found that the modernization of CPE and the scientific thinking mode of Chinese PE workers are inseparable; to improve the simple rigid way of thinking is an urgent problem to Chinese PE workers.
