The so-called emotion education of the political and ideological education of the higher education is the undergraduates’ active emotional experience through the affective interaction by the college teachers, which could arouse the initiative of the undergraduates’ self-education. Higher emphasis can be put on the emotional education in the political and ideological education of the higher education. This could lead to the realization of the educational objective.   1. THE NECESSITY AND FUNCTION OF INDUCTING THE EMOTIONAL EDUCATION IN THE POLITICAL AND IDEOLOGICAL EDUCATION OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION   Most of the undergraduates are the only children.
