我国物流一体化进程中3PL和4PL的角色扮演 　　摘 要：物流一体化是物流业发展的成熟阶段。届时，物流系统完善，物流业高度发达，能够为社会提供全方位的物流服务，成为社会生产链中的领导者和协调者。物流一体化的进程分为物流自身一体化，微观物流一体化和宏观物流一体化三个层次。宏观物流一体化作为物流一体化的目标，它的实现需要以各种形式的物流企业的充分发育和完善为基础。而从我国的实际情况来看，这些各种形式的物流企业中，3PL企业和4PL企业是典型类型，它们在未来很长的一段时间将同时存在，并在物流业中扮演重要角色，为我国的物流一体化作出贡献。文章正是基于我国物流业这样的实际情况来分析物流一体化进程的三个阶段里，3PL企业和4PL企业的定位和发展思路，阐述它们各自应该扮演的角色以及如何推动物流一体化的实现。 　　关键词：物流一体化；3PL；4PL；联盟 　　中图分类号：F253 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： Logistics integration is the mature stage of the logistics industry development. By that time， logistics system will come perfect， the logistics industry will be highly developed and can provide a full range of logistics services for the community. The logistics industry will be the leader and the coordinator in the production chain. Logistics integration process divided into three levels——logistics elements integration， micro logistics integration and macro logistics integration. As the goal of integrated logistics， macro logistics integrations implementation needs to based on the full development and improvement of the various forms logistics enterprises. From the reality of our country， the third party logistics enterprises and the fourth party logistics enterprises which are the typical type in the various forms of logistics enterprises， will exsit in the same time for a long time in the future and play very important roles in the logistics industry as well as contribute to the logistics integration in our country.
