摘　要 本文研究分析了企业管理方法中的种种不足与不便之处，提出为企业设计一个基于计算机管理信息化系统的思想。论文对网络环境下企业管理信息系统的运行机制、组成、相关可应用技术进行了深入的研究和分析，详细阐述了系统的总体设计和详细设计，并在此基础上，应用浏览器/服务器结构、ASP技术、数据库等与系统开发相关的技术完成系统主要功能的实现。 本系统是一个基于B/S结构的企业管理信息系统，其目的是提高企业管理效率和资源共享程度。系统采用B/S结构使得在客户机上无需安装应用程序，只需要有浏览器即可。开发环境与应用环境分离，提高了系统的可扩展性、安全性和可重用性。数据库结构的改变对客户端不会产生连锁影响，提高了系统的维护效率。 系统主要包括商品库管理、采购管理、库存管理、销售管理等模块。采用现代信息技术进行企业管理，其结果是大大提高企业资源和资金的利用效率，降低成本和费用，增强企业对市场的应变能力，实现管理创新，促进企业各项工作全面升级。 关键词：企业管理信息化；B/S结构；采购；库存；销售 Abstract In this paper analyzes the management of various deficiencies with the inconvenience, proposed to design a corporate computer-based management information systems thinking.
