浅谈职业中学教师怎样克服消极心态 阜阳市第二高级职业中学 刘光明 2014.4.6 【摘要】 随著科技的进步和生产力的不断提高,职业教育在整个教育中的地位变得愈加重要。但是在一些中等职业学校里,由于职业中学的特殊性,不少职业中学的教师在工作中感到疲惫、无力应对,对自己的工作价值、意义产生迷茫感,在工作中出现厌教、懈怠、慵懒、缺乏工作热情、缺乏创新的积极性等消极的心态,很大程度上影响了中等职业学校的进一步发展。本文就职教师心态这个问题作了一些探讨。在文中分析了职教师消极心态形成的原因,并对症下药提出了几点建议。职业中学消极心态策略well, with the effectiveness of services to defend the interests of the masses.
