Nowadays, the established continuous electrolytic tinning lines in our country are main imported from foreign. Because of the feature of larger investment 、longer delivery period and so on ,the develop pace of electrolytic tinplate production in China is heavily affected. In order to saving engineering investment and accelerating the pace of electrolytic tinning lines manufactured in China, a continuous electrolytic tinning line manufactured in China is builded in a cold rolling mill of HE BEI province. After the production of 2 years, the main production targets are achieved. In this paper, basing the characteristics and production process of the line in the mill, the process selection of the electrolytic tinning line is introduced. And the equipment、technological process、feature and new technique of the electrolytic tinning line are introduced also. Key words: continuous electrolytic tinning line; process ;passivation; soft melting. 1.概述 镀锡板具有良好的强度、耐腐蚀性，且能进行焊接、咬口、冲压等进一步加工成型，还具有良好的印刷着色性，加之镀锡层无毒，因而镀锡板广泛用于食品业、电器、仪表、玩具、化工、装饰等领域。尽管近年来，其它材料作为包装、容器材料在市场上占有一定的比例，但随着镀锡板的进一步减薄和加工成形性的不断提高，使得电镀锡板更具经济性和更广泛的适用性。 2.国内镀锡板生产概况 我国镀锡板生产起步晚，1979年武钢从德国引进1套设计能力10万t/a的电镀锡机组，开始了镀锡板的大机组生产。90年代初，广东中粤马口铁工业有限公司从韩国先后引进2套设计能力6万t/a的电镀锡机组，分别于1990年及1994年投产[1]。直到1996年我国镀锡板生产量还很少。由于镀锡板国内市场看好，许多钢铁厂家及地区纷纷筹建镀锡机组，也吸引了外商投资，目前已有十余套镀锡机组建成投产。其中宝钢第1420冷轧厂和武钢第四冷轧厂是镀锡板专业生产厂，均建有酸洗－冷轧联合机组（专门生产薄规格钢卷）、镀锡板专用连续退火机组、镀锡机组及高速高精度镀锡板剪切机组，设备装备水平较高，代表了我国镀锡板最高生产水平。我国已建成的镀锡板生产厂家机组基本情况见表1。 表1 我国电镀锡(铬)机组基本情况 Table 1 The basic situation of continuous electrolytic tinning (tin free)lines in China 厂 家 投产时间 设计生产能力 工艺类型 备 注 年 ×104t /a 武钢第一冷轧厂 1979 10 拉塞斯泰茵法 自供原料 武钢第四冷轧厂 2014 20×2 弗洛斯坦法 自供原料 中山中粤马口铁工业有限公司（合资） 1990 6 弗洛斯坦法 进口原料 1994 6 江苏统一马口铁有
