附件： 广东省农业科技园区建设实施方案（2011～2015年） 2011～2015年5家以上，园区核心区有1个以上特色产业在省内同领域占主导地位，在国内同行业有较大影响； ⒊园区建设辐射带动主导产业规范化生产基地10个以上。年培训农村骨干技术人员500人以上，培训农民5000人以上；带动园区示范区所在县（市）农户人均增收30%以上； ⒋园区的核心区和示范区内企业产值、利税年递增10%以上。 三、建设内容、方式与期限 ㈠ 建设内容。 园区的建设分为核心区、示范区和辐射区3个层次3年。 四、申报要求 ㈠ 申报单位。 由有关地级市人民政府作为申报单位，相应的地级市科技行政部门负责具体申报组织工作。 ㈡ 申报广东省农业科技园区须符合以下条件： ⒈园区核心区达到一定规模（种植业为主导产业的核心区，面积要达到1000亩以上，区内企业年产值1000万元以上；养殖业为主导产业的核心区，面积800亩以上，区内企业年产值2000万元以上；以农产品加工业为主导产业的核心区，有3个以上规模企业，企业年销售收入3000万元以上），并有明确的地理边界；示范区范围要相对明确，具体到本市内相对集中的区域或企业，示范区必须与核心区有明确的科技示范联系机制，要明确技术示范区承接技术的来源、应用以及规模；与主导产业相关的示范区周边地区为辐射带动区； ⒉园区核心区主导产业数量应集中在5个2011～2015省科技厅对建设期满的园区进行考核验收。考核分优秀、合格、不合格3个等级，综合评分达85分以上的为优秀等级， 60～84分的为合格， 60分以下的为不合格。对不合格园区给予警告并限期1年内整改，整改后排100万元以上的专项经费进行支持；立项建设期间，对核心区入园企业及其技术支撑单位给予总额50万元额度的项目经费支持；对通过验收且被评为优秀等级的园区给予50万元的一次性奖励资金。地级市人民政府须按省科技厅专项经费1∶1以上的比例安排园区配2011年：制定《农业科技园区管理办法》及其配套文件，组织申报、评审和批准本年度各市申报的广东省农业科技园区。 ㈡ 2012～2013年： 2014～2015年：满2年 letters and calls, and do practical things for the masses combine good, effective through reaching people at the service of the last mile.
