编号：119070241015 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目：高粱叶枯病的室内毒力测定 学 院： 农学院 专 业： 植物保护 年　　级： 2011 级 姓 名： 赵海龙 指导教师： 赵艳琴 完成日期： 2015年5月 目 录 摘要 1 Abstract 2 引言 3 1 材料和方法 3 1.1 供试材料 3 1.2 室内药剂筛选及配制 4 1.3 试验方法 5 2 结果与分析 6 2.1 单剂抑制率的测定 6 2.2 孢子抑制率及其显著性分析 8 2.3 毒力回归方程的计算 11 3 结论与讨论 12 参考文献 13 致谢 14 摘 要 高粱叶枯病是高粱上一种真菌病害，本文主要是以高粱叶枯病为材料，采用生长速率法和孢子萌发抑制法对常用的五种杀菌剂进行室内毒力测定，结果表明：对于高粱叶枯2号菌株，50%异菌脲500倍液0.01和0.05显著水平下，该病菌的生长速率均为最低，孢子抑制率最高，菌落生长抑制率最高，是该病菌的有效防治药剂，而在50%嘧菌酯400倍液和3%中生菌素在0.01显著水平下下生长速率最高，菌落生长抑制率最低，孢子抑制率最低，对于防治该病并无明显效果；对于高粱叶枯4号菌株，50%异菌脲500倍液0.01和0.05显著水平下该病菌的生长速率最低，孢子抑制率最高，菌落生长抑制率最高，是防治该病菌的有效药剂，而在50%嘧菌酯400倍液和800倍液下该菌株表现出生长促进作用。 关键词：高粱叶枯病；杀菌剂；毒力测定；萌发抑制率 Abstract Sorghum leaf blight is a new kind of fungi diseases on sorghum。This paper is based on sorghum leaf blight materials using the growth rate and spore germination inhibition method to measurement the five common fungicides indoor toxicity。The results show that：For the sorghum leaf blight No.2 strain，the Iprodione 50% w.p. 500 times liquid under the significant level of 0.01 and 0.05 exhibited the lowest growth rate and the best inhibitory effect which is an effective control of the germs。But under the Azoxystrobin 50% w.p. 400 times liquid and the Zhongshengmycin 3% w.p. liquid of the significant level of 0.01 and 0.05 exhibited the highest growth rate and the lowest colony growth inhibition rate。For the sorghum leaf blight No.4 strain， the Iprodione 50% w.p. 500 times liquid of the significant level of 0.01 and 0.05 exhibited the lowest growth rate and the best inhibitory effect which is an effective control of the germs。But under the Azoxystrobin 50% w.p. 400 times and 800 times liquid of the significant level of 0.01 and 0.05，the strain showed growth promoting effect。 Key Words:sorghum leaf blight；fungicide；toxicity measurement；germination inhibition rate 1 异菌脲 50% 可湿性粉剂 小
