We hereby recommend their appointment to the President of NCTU. 說明： 本校各碩士班研究生之碩士學位考試委員會置委員三至五人，由系所就校內外學者專家中對研究生所提論文有專門研究，並具備下列資格之一者，向校長推薦，由校長遴聘組成之。 1.曾任教授或副教授者。 2.擔任中央研究院院士或曾任中央研究院研究員、副研究員者。 3.獲有博士學位，在學術上著有成就者。 4.屬於稀少性或特殊性學科，在學術上或專業上著有成就者。 前項第3款、第款之提聘資格認定標準，由各系 所、專班 務會議或專班委員會訂定之。’s thesis defense committee of any master’s program of NCTU is to comprise three to five members. The department/institute should recommend scholars and experts who have performed research specifically related to the subject matter of the thesis submitted by the master’s degree candidate and meet one of the following qualifications to the President of NCTU for the President’s selection and appointment. One who has been a full professor or an associate professor. One who is an academician of Academia Sinica or has been a research fellow or an associate research fellow thereof. One who has obtained a doctoral degree and has attained significant academic achievements. One who has expertise in an unusual or special academic subject and has attained significant academic or professional achievements. The detailed qualifications required under subparagraphs 3 and 4 above are relegated to the general affairs meeting or the program committee of the student’s department/institute/program.
