Know about Mr. Tang and his timetable, and learn to write down their own timetables. 2. Listen to the dialogue between the children and Mr. Tang, and learn to say the similar dialogues. 3. Educate the students to have a good habit of life and love the animals. ?Teaching key point: Master the sentence patterns in the part 揕isten and say?and use them freely. ??Teaching difficult point: Differentiate and use the three questions ( What time ? What ? How much ?? ), and use the measure words, eg. kilo, etc. ?Teaching procedures: I. Introduction T: Boys and girls, do you like animals? Do you want to see animals? OK, let抯 go to the zoo. First let抯 meet the zoo-keeper. ?II. Presentation and practice 1. Watch the DVD to meet the zoo-keeper. Listen to the zoo-keeper and know about the meaning. Make sure that the students know the meaning of the word 搝oo-keeper? 2. Read the timetable of Mr. Tang. First learn the word 搕imetable? Then review the time expressions. Next know about Mr. Tang抯 concrete work at different time. Pay special attention to the measure word 搆ilo? 3. Follow the zoo-keeper to see the animals. Listen to the dialogue between the children and the zoo-keeper, and answer some questions. Listen again and again till the students finish all the questions. Then try to say the key sentences. 4. Read the dialogue aloud. Role read it. 5. In pairs ask and answer about the animals. Complete the cards. Check the answers. ?III. Produce 1. Write their own timetables. 2.
