国内经济型酒店的场研究及5S管理应用.docVIP

内 容 摘 要 进入21世纪以来，国内经济型酒店行业得到前所未有的发展。在巨大经济效益的吸引下，国内外大型酒店集团都加快经济型酒店的建设。但由于国内经济型酒店发展起步较晚，面对国外酒店品牌的强大竞争力，国内酒店正面临着巨大的挑战。本文深入研究我国经济型酒店现状，从投资、经济、管理等方面规范经济型酒店的运营提出见解，尝试建立更专业化的具有我国特色的经济型酒店模式。并在最后实例分析时，将5S管理应用于酒店管理，以期为我国经济型酒店的发展提供参考。 关键词：经济型酒店、行业现状分析、发展对策、5S管理实施 ABSTRACT Since the beginning of the 21st century, the economical hotel has been developing quickly in China. Attracted by the enormous economic benefits, large-scale domestic and international hotel groups have stepped up the construction of economical hotels. However, due to the late-started development of the domest
