PLA冷结晶概要

Phase-structure and mechanical properties of isothermally melt-and cold-crystallized poly (L-lactide) Erlantz Lizundia, Susana Petisco, Jose-Ramon Sarasuan* Sample preparation PLLA pellets were dried overnight in an air circulating oven at 40 ℃ and 8% of RH. Then, PLLA pellets conformed as sheets with thickness of 1000 μm in a hydraulic hot press by compression molding 180 ℃ for 3min under a pressure of 240 MPa. quenching treatment molten PLLA was solidified by sinking it in an iced water bath. annealing after quenching quenched sheets were crystallized in an oven at 80, 100 and 120 ℃ during 100 min. melt-crystallization crystallization was carried out from the melt in the same hydraulic hot press at 80, 100 and 120 ℃ for 100 min and afterward crystallized sheets were subsequently solidified by sinking it in an iced water bath. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) Samples in the range of 4–8 mg were sealed in an aluminum pan and heated to 200 ℃ at a rate of 10 ℃/min in order to determine the thermal transitions and enthalpies. In order to avoid any thermal oxidation of samples, all tests were carried out under a nitrogen atmosphere. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) Fig.1–DSC curves of PLLA obtained by different heat treatments: (a)quenching; (b)melt-crystallized at 80 ℃; (c) melt-crystallized at 100 ℃; (d)melt-crystallized at 120 ℃; (f) cold-crystallized at 80 ℃; (g) cold-crystallized at 100 ℃ and (h) cold-crystallized at 120 ℃. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) Specimens of 1 mm thick and 10 mm diameter approximately were cut from the compression molded sheets. Curves displaying storage modulus (E’) and the energy loss (tan &) were recorded as a function of temperature between 10 ℃ and 130 ℃ at a heating rate of 3 ℃/min, a frequency of 1 Hz, force amplitude of 20 N and a displacement of 0.5 mm.
