少数民族经济学 关于哈萨克族经济研究 About WenZhou economic and technological development zone open problems and countermeasures research 姓 名: 孟　秉　瑞 学 号: 20111104786 院 系： 经济学院 年 级: 2011 级 专 业: 经 济 学 2014年６月８日  浅析温州经济技术开发区存在的问题及对策研究 [摘要] 温州市开发区（园区）经过近20年发展，已逐步成为全市经济的重要支柱，但也面临土地利用率不高、服务职能有待健全、生态化建设推进缓慢等突出问题。建议做好开发区环境建设，提供政策优惠，发挥其传导作用，协调好开发区土地规划和城市总规划等，促进开发区转型升级，推进温州经济发展。经过近20年的开发建设，其已逐步成为全市经济的重要支柱，发展成效显著，对 全市经济贡献加大，在扩大出口中的引领作用增强，并逐步加快从传统制造向科研创新的转变，产业也从“单一”趋向“并举”。然而，在发展的同时，其一些问题也显突出，需要政府及相关部门重视并有效解决。 [关键词] 产业结构，技术，政府扶持 ABSTRACT:Wenzhou city development zone (park) after nearly 20 years development, has gradually become an important pillar of the citys economy, but also face the land utilization rate is not high, the service function remains to be perfect, and push the such outstanding problems as slow ecological construction.Suggested that completes the development zone environmental construction, provide preferential policy, give play to the role of its conduction, coordinate development zone land planning and city master plan, promote the transformation and upgrading of the development zone, promote the development of wenzhou economy.
