摘 要 本文以富来极汽车轴承（上海）有限公司（以下简称“FAG公司”）为例，借助于本人在MBA学习期间所学的运营管理、运筹学、现代物流及供应链管理等学科的理论知识，对层次分析法在供应链模式下供应商选择决策中的应用进行了深入的探讨，并结合自己所从事的采购及供应物流工作的实际情况，分别构造了FAG公司物流服务供应商及生产物料供应商的层次结构模型，有效地解决了FAG公司在供应商选择中定性问题定量化分析的决策问题，为FAG公司本地化战略的成功实施提供了有力支持。 本论文共分五章： 第一章 通过对FAG公司的企业背景、生产运营模式及市场环境的分析，指出FAG公司实施本地化战略及供应链管理模式的必然性。为进一步研究层次分析法在供应链模式下供应商选择决策中的应用，提供现实的背景。 第二章 详细介绍了“层次分析法”及“供应链管理模式下供应商选择决策”的基本概念、理论及方法，为层次分析法在FAG公司供应商选择决策中的应用，提供理论及方法上的准备。 第三章 提出了层次分析法在FAG公司供应商选择的应用方案和策略。结合FAG公司的实际情况，分别构造“物流服务供应商”及“生产物料供应商”的层次结构模型，设计相应的判断矩阵，通过对层次结构的排序及检验，计算出相应决策要素的权重，为FAG公司供应商的选择提供了决策依据。并以实际物流服务供应商的选择为例，对整个决策方案进行了验证。 第四章 对层次分析法在FAG公司供应商选择决策中的应用及注意的问题，进行分析和讨论。 第五章 结论 关键词：层次分析法，供应商选择，供应链管理 ABSTRACT This paper takes FAG Automotive Bearing(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd, follow up referred to as FAG as an example. Taking advantage og my knowledge of Operational Management, Competitive Strategic, and Modern Logistics Supply Chain Management acquired during my MBA study, as well as my personal experience in purchasing and inbound logistics management, I embark on FAG business background, operational model, product marketing characters, enterprise localization strategies, suppliers selection strategies under supply chain strategy. Giving a deep study on how to utilize AHP decision model in FAG local suppliers selection, and this model provides a strong decision support on the success of the FAG localization strategies. The paper is divided in five chapters: In the first chapter, the author introduces the company’s background, operational model, and marketing environment, points out the certain trends of the supply chain management and localization strategies engaged in FAG business.
