2μm激光子宫内膜去除术与宫腔镜内膜电切术治疗围绝经期功血的临床研究 梅松原 孙晓波 刘桂芝 韩秋丽 石岩 (哈尔滨242医院妇产科,哈尔滨 150066) 　　【摘要】目的: 探讨宫腔镜2μm激光治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血 ( 简称功血) 的临床疗效。方法: 以 26 例宫腔镜2μm激光子宫内膜去除术治疗的围绝经期功血患者为观察组，26例经宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗的患者为对照组，对两组的手术时间、术中出血量及临床疗效进行比较。结果: 观察组的手术时间明显长于对照组 ( 16.9 ±4.5min vs 13.9±3. 8 min) ，术中出血量少于对照组 ( 10.6 ±3.5ml vs 14.2±4.2ml) ，两组比较差异均有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) ; 观察组总有效率为92.3%，对照组总有效率为 96.2%，差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05) 。结论:宫腔镜2μm激光治疗围绝经期功血疗效确切，并发症少，是一种安全、简便、有效的方法，但对其长远疗效尚须进一步观察。 【关键词】 宫腔镜； 2μm激光; 子宫内膜去除术 ;功能失调性子宫出血; Clinical study on climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection and hysteroscopic endometrial electroresection MEI Song Yuan，SUN Xiao Bo, LIU Gui Zhi，et al .Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，harbin242 Hospital，Harbin 150066，China 〔Abstract〕 Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection in treatment of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 26 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated with RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection were selected as observation group，and 26 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated with hysteroscopic endometrial electroresection were selected as control group，the operation times，the amounts of blood loss during operation and clinical curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results: The operation time in observation group 〔( 16.9 ± 4.5) minutes〕was significantly longer than that in control group 〔( 13.9 ± 3.8) minutes〕( P ＜0.05) . The amount of blood loss during operationin observation group 〔( 10.6 ± 3.5) ml〕was fewer than that in control group 〔( 14.2±4.2) ml〕( P ＜0.05) .
